Dude, this track is AWESOME; it sounds like a mixture of the best elements of all of your styles. It definitely gives off a Twilight Princess vibe, but that acoustic soundfont sounds exactly like something out of Chrono Cross (Guldove). The reverb on that snare hit in the beginning is borderline perfect too. Very well-done with great production.

HP/MP restored!...

...But you're still hungry.

As always, this track is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to listen to while relaxing; I can definitely see it playing in a save room or similar scenario. Well done!

I often find myself coming back to this particular piece for some reason. Absolutely perfect in its simplicity, and the buildup after the beginning is just breathtaking. Everything about this piece really speaks to my soul....very soothing.

It's funny, I wasn't gonna post this originally because I thought it kinda sucked!

Your ambient music gives me the strength to keep moving forward when things get tough; thank you for that. This is a very simple but powerful piece driven by a lovely piano (Love the effects on it in the beginning). Very good job overall!

popolamusic responds:

It means a lot to hear you say that! Thanks for listening buddy :)

There are so many cool, creative ideas integrated into this piece; very well done! Is the mandolin a live recording, or is that also apart of FL studio? It's been awhile since I've messed around with snythfonts and such; they really have come a long way. Sounds excellent!

PotangNG responds:

Oh, not a live recording lol. I used Spitfire LAB's free mandolin. It sounds great, I highly recommend! Thanks for taking a listen!

Hey man,

It took a while to digest an entire album as one single submission, but this is an awesome album! Production is top-notch, and you've never sounded proggier; it's clear that you poured lots of love and passion into this one. I made a purchase over on bandcamp and hope that it helps to support what you're doing with your music. In the future, it might be easier to digest by submitting each track separately.

If you ever make another album, I'd love to hear something exploring your ambient/melancholic style (Like "Moss"); those are the pieces that really speak the most to me out of your collection. Hope you have an awesome Memorial Day weekend!

popolamusic responds:

haha I did mean to publish every song on here (some of them already are under different names), but I get easily distracted. Thanks for listening! I probably have enough for a full ambient album already so something like that will likely be out at some point in the future. Thanks for the support as always man! Have a good one.

Pretty cool little track; the raw guitars and minimal production really fit the title. If you've ever played Cry of Fear, this track would fit nicely on the soundtrack and gives off a similar vibe. If you haven't, give it a try (Fits your current mindset, for sure).

Also, don't sweat the current dating scene; you DO have value worthy of love and appreciation. Modern dating / women (And probably society in general) are just tainted with immature philosophies that aren't conducive for mature, healthy relationships. Just keep doing you, and the right one will come around in the long run (And love you for you). Then, you'll be stuck on the next question: "Am I better off in a relationship or on my own?" Lol, thanks for sharing your music with the world.

Dude, I come on NG after a month or so, and it's filled with like 10 new submissions from you. What kind of NZT-48 pills have you been taking to pump out all of this great content lol?!

With that said, this piece is excellent and could definitely find its way in a jrpg. In particular, that snare pattern that comes in at 1:25 is perfect; it really drives the piece forward and adds such a nice touch. Very nice, comforting composition here.

popolamusic responds:

No pills, sometimes the music just spews out (and I was really hyped or Dragons Dogma 2). Thanks for listening!

This track is phenomenal!!

I can feel James Sunderland's tears flowing out of my headphones. Pretty cool take on Silent Hill music; you've nailed the general theme here. If you do make a horror game, sign me up for the programmer position :)

popolamusic responds:

Haha I hope you're serious!
